Supervisor-Level Application

The Building Supervisor is a key member of the facility operations management team. This position requires a mature individual with customer service, strong communication and leadership skills. Building Supervisors are also responsible for the operations of the facility and enforcement of department policies and regulations and must maintain high visibility for drop-in activities. The position requires supervisory skills, independent judgment and the ability to quickly resolve conflict situation.

Qualifications:
• Current Rec Sports Student Employee with Entrance Monitor and Equipment Staff experience.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. Lifeguard certifications preferred.
• Fiscal Accountability, 1 year cash handling experience.
• Less than 3 points in the Department Disciplinary system.
• Must be willing to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and football Saturdays.
• Must attend all trainings, orientations and meetings.
