EQUIPMENT RENTAL

The Facility Rentals program can rent the following equipment:

• Canopies (20' x 20' and 20' x 40')
• Tables
• Chairs
• Bleachers

To rent outdoor recreation equipment, please contact our Outdoor Adventures program. To rent sport-related equipment, please check with our Intramural Sports Program.

Facility Rental Policies

• Call 936-0616 to inquire about reserving space.
• Allow 10 business days to process your request.
• Tournaments are not allowed during drop-in court reservation time unless scheduled through the rental program.
• Elbell, Mitchell, and Palmer Fields and the Sports Coliseum are available for rentals and reservations for a nominal fee when they are not in use for club sports, intramurals, or Michigan Classics. Call the above number for information.
• CCRB, IMSB, and NCRB are available for limited rental.

Rental Rates
Rental rates depend on several factors, including facility, affiliation, and activity type. Sample rental rates are available.
