| Equipment | All necessary equipment will be provided except for shoes. Individuals must provide athletic, soft-soled shoes (cleated shoes are not permitted). Helmets (on a limited basis) will be available for check-out. |
| Rosters | A team should have at least five (5) individuals to play. Due to the nature of the game, at least five (5) additional individuals are recommended for use as substitutes. Roster additions may be made through the last regular season game. The roster listing for each individual must include the person's M-Card number. |
