| Equipment | Participants must provide their own swimsuits. Two-piece swimsuits for women are not recommended. Water polo balls and goals will be provided. |
| Rosters | A team should have at least seven (7) individuals to play. Due to the nature of the game, at least four (4) additional individuals are recommended for use as substitutes. Roster additions may be made through the last regular season game. The roster listing for each individual must include the person's M-Card number. |
