Tuesday, December 08, 2009, to Wednesday, December 09, 2009 Meet begins at 5:00 PM each night. Wrestlers may be expected to wrestle multiple times per evening. |
| Equipment | Head gear is mandatory and will be provided. Participants must provide wrestling or soft-soled athletic shoes. |
| WEIGH-IN INFORMATION | Preliminary weigh-in on Monday, December 7, 2009, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, IMSB men's locker room (second floor). M-Card required at weigh-in. Tournament weigh-in minimum of one-half hour prior to wrestler's first match each evening. A one-pound allowance above the weight class limit is given each day of the tournament. |
| Rosters | A team's roster must have listed a minimum of four (4) individuals. This minimum roster must be submitted by the end of the manager's meeting. Teams may enter up to two participants per weight class. Six individuals must wrestle in order to earn team points. The roster listing for each individual must include the person's M-Card number. |
