| Equipment | Soccer-style or soft-soled athletic shoes must be provided by each participant. Metal spikes are not permitted. |
| Rosters | A team should have at least seven (7) individuals to play. Due to the nature of the game, at least three (3) additional individuals are recommended for use as substitutes. Roster additions may be made through the quarter-final game. The roster listing for each individual must include the person's M-Card number. |
