| Equipment | All equipment will be provided except for shoes. Individuals must provide soccer-style or soft-soled athletic shoes. Metal cleats are not permitted. Only molded, rubber cleats are permitted. |
| Rosters | A team should have at least seven (7) individuals to play. At least seven (7) additional individuals are recommended for use as substitutes. Roster additions may be made through the last regular season game. The roster listing for each individual must include the person's M-Card number. |
