Tuesday, October 06, 2009 Warm ups will begin at 6:30pm. Field events will begin at 6:45pm. Running events will begin at 7:00pm. |
| Equipment | Spiked shoes are not permitted. Running shoes or soft-soled athletic shoes only are permitted. Shoes must be worn in all events. Shots and batons will be provided. |
| Rosters | A team's roster must have listed a minimum of four (4) individuals. This minimum roster must be submitted by the end of the manager's meeting. Individuals may enter only a total of four (4) track events. A team must enter and complete seven (7) events in order to earn team points. Teams may enter up to two (2) participants per event. The roster listing for each individual must include the person's M-Card number. |
