| Equipment | Jerseys and Soccer balls will be provided. Individuals must provide soccer-style or soft-soled athletic shoes. Approved shin guards are recommended. |
| Rosters | A team should have at least nine (9) individuals to play. Due to the nature of the game, at least five (5) additional individuals are recommended for use as substitutes. Roster additions may be made through the last regular season game. The roster listing for each individual must include the person's M-Card number. |
