2007-2008 ENTRY FORMS
To register your team (or yourself for individual events) for an Intramural sport, please print, complete, and return this form to the Intramural Business Office. Entry fee(s) are due when you submit your entry form. Please see the Sports Information Sheets for dates on which entries for a event or sport will be accepted.
Some sports have "Instant Scheduling." During Instant Scheduling, entries are accepted only during the day of Instant Scheduling. You will sign up your team, pay the entry fee, and get your team's schedule all at the same time. For more information on Intramural entries, please contact the IMSB Office at 763-3562.

Eligibility
Currently-enrolled students with valid M-Card and those with a Department
of Recreational Sports membership and an M-Card are eligible to participate
in Intramural Sports.

The Intramural Sports Program is seeking officials for the 2007-2008 academic
year. Officials receive complete training and a free t-shirt. Please contact
Nicole Green (764-0515) for more information.
