Frequently-Asked Questions for Baseball
Who can join?
University of Michigan Club Baseball is open to all Michigan graduate and undergraduate students.
Are there tryouts? If so, when are they?
Yes, they will be taking place on 2 or 3 Sundays in late September.
What is the best way to join?
Contact an officer or come to the Rec Sports Expo and/or Festifall.
How often does your club compete?
Approximately 6 games in the fall as well as at least 20 games in the spring.
Are there club dues? If so, how much does it cost to join?
Yes, dues are $350.
Does the club provide the necessary equipment? Or do members need to bring their own?
Players need to bring spikes, gloves, and catchers equiptment if available. Bats and helmets will be provided.
