The Club Sports Program at the University of Michigan, administered by the Department of Recreational Sports, is comprised of 42 club sports. Each club sport is a student-led organization composed primarily of students, faculty, and staff. Each club is formed, developed, governed, and administered by the student membership of that particular club, working with the Club Sports Program staff. The key to the success of this program and each club is student leadership, interest, involvement and participation.
The Club Sports Program Director is available to students for consultation on concerns and ideas, and for administrative assistance. The Club Sports Office is located in the Intramural Sports Building. Appointments are recommended. The telephone number is 763-3562.
