ABOUT THE CHALLENGE PROGRAM
The Challenge Program at the University of Michigan is an activity-based program which uses a highly interactive and experiential approach to teambuilding and other aspects of organizational development. Since 1990 the Challenge Program has provided hundreds of organizations with dramatic and dynamic learning opportunities. We use activities as the medium for helping a wide variety of groups and organizations explore issues such as team dynamics, communication, goal setting, trust, commitment. We help participants and groups learn about themselves and how they work together.
What We Offer
- Activity-based teambuilding programs custom designed around your goals.
- Interactive challenges requiring cooperation on many levels.
- Experiences which serve as a basis for examining group dynamics.
- A challenge-by-choice philosophy which lets each group member control their own level of involvement.
- Increased physical programming when requested.
- A whole lot of FUN!

Programs are available Tuesday through Sunday. Fees for programs vary. Call the Challenge Program office at the North Campus Recreation Building (936-0603) for more information or to schedule a program.
